We help emerging brands figure out what to say—and how to say it in a way that actually matters.
About
TINY VOICE CO is a boutique brand strategy studio focused on helping consumer and lifestyle brands find their voice and scale with clarity. We work with emerging brands at pivotal moments—the ones ready to move from scrappy startup to something bigger.
Meet The founder
Hey, I’m Janice — brand strategist, creative, and founder of TINY VOICE CO and the person who's going to ask you what you actually stand for (and probably make you uncomfortable in the process).
I've spent 15 years building brand strategies and campaigns for clients like Toyota, McDonald's, and Rolling Stone —first at agencies, then on my own. Here's what I've learned: the brands that break through aren't the ones with the biggest budgets or the slickest creative. They're the ones who know what they believe and aren't afraid to say it.
Most brands sound like everyone else because they're following the same playbooks. I don't do playbooks. I help emerging consumer and lifestyle brands figure out what you believe that no one else is saying—and build your voice, messaging, and strategy around that.
I work with brands at pivotal moments—maybe you're ready to scale beyond the scrappy startup phase but not quite sure how to position yourself for what's next. Maybe you've found product-market fit, raised a round, or started getting press—but your brand still doesn't feel right. Or maybe you've been at it for a while and your messaging is all over the place. Whatever the moment is, if your brand doesn't feel right and you know it's time to fix it, that's where I come in.
If that's you, let's talk.

Content isn’t just about posting more—it’s about saying the right things to the right people in a way that feels real. If it’s not aligned with your values or your vision, it’s noise.
-
Not generic frameworks, but systems built around your actual POV
-
Content that makes people care, not just scroll
-
Better to have something real to say than to sound perfect saying nothing

Strategies that work for how you actually operate, not how you think you should
