About me

Founder of Tiny Voice Co

Hi! I’m Janice and I’m a creative content strategist who’s spent a majority of my career in advertising agencies building brands both big and small. After a 15 year stint in agency world, I decided to start Tiny Voice Co, which is more of an approach to content strategy, more than a just being a business. By the way, ‘Co’ stands for community. I’m a solopreneur and I’m excited to work with you.

Why did I start this?

A couple of reasons:

First, I was on a journey of self-discovery—figuring out who I was, what I truly valued, and what message I could authentically share with the world. Along the way, I realized that Tiny Voice Co was about letting go of the little voice in my head telling me my story wasn’t worth sharing.

Tiny Voice Co is also about amplifying the voices of businesses that are struggling to compete with the big players—those with hefty budgets and massive reach. These small businesses often get drowned out in the noise, despite having incredible stories to tell, sometimes even more powerful than those of the conglomerates.

The truth is, I felt a deep calling to support the small business economy. For years, I was pouring my skills into big brands whose values often didn’t align with mine. But I knew I wanted to focus on businesses that were doing meaningful, impactful work—businesses that might not have the resources or support they need to thrive.

And that’s how Tiny Voice Co was born: as a space where I could use my expertise to help businesses that truly deserve to be heard.

  • Content isn’t just about posting more—it’s about saying the right things to the right people in a way that feels real. If it’s not aligned with your values or your vision, it’s noise.

  • I don’t believe in vanity metrics. I believe in conversations. Connections. Content that actually makes someone pause, nod, and think: “Damn, that’s exactly how I feel.”

  • If it feels forced, stiff, or disconnected—it won’t land. I help people find their voice again so they can show up with content that feels easy, human, and like them.

  • Your content doesn’t need to be polished to be powerful. It just needs to be true. I’ll take real talk over perfect branding any day.

  • Not everyone wants to go viral. Not everyone wants to be a content machine. I believe your strategy should reflect your life, your goals, and your energy—not just what the algorithm says.

The path to growth starts with a single step. Reach out today and let’s build something meaningful together.
